Job Title: Chief Financial Officer & CS

Department: Finance and Co. Secretarial

Direct Supervisor: Chief Executive Officer

1. Job Purpose:

- To establish, maintain and head Finance & Company Secretarial functions of the Company. Ensuring compliance with Company Law, and allied laws relating to financing principles for the company in line with shareholders\' philosophy, best industrial practices, and national and international standards.

- Establishing and implementing of control mechanism for safeguarding the company\'s assets against fraud and pilferages.

3. Key Result Areas:

- Accountable for all Company Secretarial, Finance functions of the Company.

- Accountable for maintaining effective coordination with all Customers, Bankers, Lenders, and other statutory bodies like Labour, Central Excise, and Service Tax authorities to ensure that all Financial functions are carried out as per the accepted norms and procedures.

- Responsible for the Preparation of annual Secretarial, Finance budgets and submits to the management for approvals.

- Responsible for adopting cost control measures to ensure that budgetary controls with respect to Secretarial, Finance expenses are maintained effectively.

- Responsible of liaising with Internal auditors, Statutory and other Auditors on financial matters and related statutory authorities including filling of all required returns in a timely manner.

- Accountable for timely and accurate submission of Management Information System reports like monthly cash flows, financials including P & L and Balance Sheet, Budget Vs. Actuals.

- Accountable for Company law compliances, like convening Board meetings, AGM and EGM, etc.

- Responsible for coordinating with shareholders for any details and information to be shared.

- Responsible for compliance of articles in Common Loan agreements with a Consortium of Bankers who have provided term loans.

- Responsible for compliance of any agreement entered with working capital bankers.

- Ensures compliance with all Statutory Laws like Tax, Labour, etc.

- Accountable for cash control and funds flow as per the company\'s treasury policy.

- Responsible for placement of surplus funds at competitive interest rates and arresting any idle funds tying in any bank account.

- Accountable for timely invoicing on Customers for Storage and other services.
