Chief Financial Officer Infrastructure Epc (17 25 Yrs)
Job Description
- Drive fundraising / Project financing, Relationship with External Shareholders i.e., Banks and Other Regulatory Authorities.
- Partner with the CEO & Management Board to set up strategic direction and goals for the business.
- Strategic initiatives including getting investors, strategic partners, listing, de-merger etc. for increasing the value for stake holders.
- Accounts finalization & statutory Audit support as per International Financial Reporting Standards
Industry experience: At least 20 years\' experience of working in large Infrastructure Company
Final Accountability:
- Fundraising for the business, analyze business performance and report P&L Statements and Balance Sheets, ensure proper Cash flow and financial health of the business Region is always secured, ensure compliance with International Statutory Accounting Systems.
