We are looking for an experienced Finance professional for an Indian company specializing in FMCG products for the CFO role with experience in FMCG/Retail sectors with listed organization (must have).
Pre-requisites:
- CA with 20 - 28 years of #Finance and Accounts #Financial Control #Corporate Finance #Financial Reporting #Investor Relations #FundRaising
- Strong experience with FMCG/Retail/Listed companies.
Reporting to : The Board of Directors/ CEO
Location : Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving the company\'s Financial Planning, Finance Process and Organization Growth.
- Driving Business Planning, Strategies, Budgeting and Financial Analysis & Statutory Reporting
- Managing Audit, Taxation, Commercial strategies, Cash Flow, Compliances, Financial Control etc.
- Manage fund raising activities
- Managing internal and external stakeholders - Promoters, MD, Investors, COO, RBI etc.
- Lead a finance team.
