Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Development on business revenue model
- To develop a business model by identifying conventional and nonconventional sources of revenue and to create value proposition out of it
- Expand the business to other airports both locally and globally
2. Monetization of Consumer
- Devising a special strategy for monetizing the consumers
- Slice and dice of various segment of consumers and devising methodology and building organizational setup for increasing the revenue.
- Working on synergic impact across business verticals.
3. CAPEX
- Ensure execution of regulatory capex well within time and budget
4. Business Risk
- Assessment of business risk, putting a comprehensive monitoring and mitigation plan.
5. Sustainability
- Work towards Sustainable/green development
- Prepare a forward path for Zero carbon footprint
