Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
Manage cost control, cash flow, and capital structure.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Support operations and supply chain with financial insights
Requirements:
MBA/CFA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance or Economics.
Minimum 10 years' experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
Proven expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and reporting.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willing to travel within India and abroad.
