Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the financial assets of the company. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and forecasting, optimizing the use of financial resources. Implement strategies to enhance working capital efficiency. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Work closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide guidance on career development and skill enhancement for team members. Investment and Funding Strategies: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities that align with the companys strategic objectives. Collaborate with external stakeholders to secure funding and financing as needed. Financial Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and key metrics to the executive team, board, and other stakeholders. Serve as a key liaison between the finance department and other functional areas. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
