Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL/, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting revenue, recognition.
2. Co-ordinate and prepare budget and forecast and report variance.
3. Prepare and analyze, and submit timely monthly /financial statements.
4. Regulatory reports and tax compliances
5. Monthly & quarterly, yearly end closure of books of account.
6. Tax filling & assessment if required
7. Coordinate tax audit, and all other audits
8. Develop and documents business processes, and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen Internal controls
9. All aspects of financial control and management
10. Corporate accounting
11. Liaison with banks, if required
12. Managing all accounting records
13. Ensure accuracy of accounts and finance information
14. Fund planning
15. Maintain discipline of timely payment to creditors
16. Maintain and monitor timely collection from debtors.
17. Hands-on Costing
18. MIS coordinates analysis and submits it to management.
19. Monitor expenditure and G.P, N.P
20. Investment of surplus funds and monitoring returns & risk.
21. Co-ordinate to control of inventory
