Job Description


- Develop and execute the company\'s financial strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors for informed decision making.

- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans to support growth initiatives.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) statement, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.

- Manage the company\'s capital structure, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources.

- Identify and evaluate potential funding sources, negotiate financial terms, and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company\'s assets and financial interests.

- Monitor and assess financial risks, such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk, and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

- Coordinate with external auditors to conduct periodic financial audits and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

- Optimize the company\'s cash flow position to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.

- Monitor cash flow projections and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and accountability.

- Build a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the organization\'s objectives.
