- We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our automobile industry business based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in P&L management, business planning, growth strategy, business strategy formulation, decision making, and team management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

- Oversee all aspects of P&L management, ensuring financial health and stability.

- Lead the development and execution of business plans, aligning with company objectives.

- Drive the formulation of growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the executive team and employees.

- Make key decisions to optimize operations, resources, and investments.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- MBA from a Top Institute.

- 20-29 years of progressive experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in the automobile or automotive industry.

- Proven track record of success in P&L management, business planning, and growth strategy implementation.

- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
