Job Description

Oversee the maintenance of all hotel infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. Manage both preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs to ensure optimal hotel operations and minimal downtime. Respond to and resolve guest and staff maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Develop and manage the engineering department's annual budget, including expenses for staff, materials, and maintenance contracts. Handle purchasing of necessary equipment, tools, and materials. Ensure the hotel complies with all health, safety, and building codes. Implement and oversee fire safety and emergency response plans. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential hazards. Coordinate and supervise the work of outside contractors and service providers.
