About The/Nudge:

- The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India\'s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

- Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives

- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty

- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India\'s biggest challenges

As the \'Chief Development Officer\' at The/Nudge, you will bring in all the support we need from external stakeholders towards our poverty alleviation work, covering 3 go-to-market functions:

(a) Partnerships: global fundraising partnerships covering foundations, corporates, HNIs, and big aid

(b) Alliances: global non-fundraising partnerships covering government, markets, academic institutions, etc

(c) Marketing: covering all segments (talent, donors, programs, social entrepreneurs, etc) and sub-functions (brand, digital, social, content, design, PR & communications)

(d) You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to align on the overall strategy for this team and with complete ownership, deliver on our aspirations from this team.

At The/Nudge, you will:

- own our overall strategy and goals for partnerships, alliances, and marketing functions

- role model \'the spirit of The/Nudge\' in your action and behavior

- coach and mentor each functional leader within the team

- build systems, processes, and capabilities needed to raise funds and bring support in order to enable all our programs to deliver and scale their impact

- collaborate extensively with other internal stakeholders to drive results

- balance current priorities to deliver short-term results while enabling success in the future

Apply if you have:

- high energy, passion, and hunger for doing impactful work

- 20+ years of total work experience, MBA is preferred

- Significant experience go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales, marketing, and P&L management, focused on business growth and market penetration

- strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture key relationships in the market hands-on, intrapreneurial leadership style, with a growth and learning mindset

- an empathetic and collaborative leadership style

- strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- natural comfort with a high-intensity, fast-paced environment

Would be great if you have:

- exposure/experience in technology/startup ecosystem
