Qualification : 18 years of industrial experiencePh.D. in Organic Chemistry,field of R&D - API, Organic synthesis,Process Development, and CRO.

Required skills: Managing the technical activity & handling the people
Lead and motivate a team of scientists towards the achievement of the assigned goal.
Conversion of theoretical synthetic sequences into the commercially viable manufacturing process.
Design and selection of route of synthesis in order to develop the commercially competitive, most easy to handle, and environment-friendly manufacturing process.
Development of Technology from bench scale to pilot plant
Carrying out the multi-step synthesis
Leading the Process development activity of API - Intermediate & Sp. Chemicals
Process optimization, product costing & technology transfer.
Carrying out Contract Research & Custom Synthesis work.
Operational experience with High-Pressure Reactors.
Catalytic hydrogenation of alkenes, carbonyl, and nitro compound
Conducting low-temperature reactions
Well-versed with diverse organic reactions and modern methods of analysis e.g., GC, HPLC, FT-IR, Mass & NMR spectroscopy.
