Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team on a daily basis Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, invoices, and order-related documentation Coordinate with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and follow-ups Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems or MS Excel Track sales performance against targets and generate periodic sales reports Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues Follow up on pending payments and ensure completion of required documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Ability to multitask effectively and work under tight deadlines High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
