Manage ingredient preparation (cutting, marinating, mixing, etc.) for daily service.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new continental dishes.
Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor for replenishment.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any faults or damages.
