Key Responsibilities:



Prepare authentic Indian dishes and tandoor specialties (naan, kebabs, tikka, curries, biryanis) Operate and maintain a tandoor oven Work with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients Maintain food safety and quality standards Train junior kitchen staff

Requirements:



3-5 years experience as Indian/Tandoor Chef Expert in tandoor operations and Indian cooking techniques Ability to prepare vegetarian and diverse dietary options FSSAI knowledge preferred Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays Willing to relocate to Havelock Island
