Entry-Level Chinese Chef



Must know preparation of: Hakka noodles, Singapuri noodles Chilli potato, chilli paneer Momos (including proper folding technique) Spring rolls (including sheet preparation)

Experienced Chinese Chef Requirements



Leadership & Supervision:

Knows how to delegate tasks and get work done efficiently through assistants, Maintains kitchen discipline, hygiene and workflow Skilled in making: Dimsum (varieties and steaming techniques) Jhol Momos Authentic Chinese soups (e.g., hot & sour, manchow, wonton) Other Chinese delicacies (e.g., Kung Pao, Schezwan, stir-fry dishes) Ensures consistency in taste, texture and presentation

Operational Strength :

Manages inventory and prep timing, Coordinates with service team for smooth order flow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
