Preparation and Cooking

: Preparing and cooking various types of pizzas (e.g., hand-tossed, thin crust) and pasta dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.

Station Management

: Overseeing their specific area, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for daily operations.

Quality Control

: Maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes from their station.

Supervision

: Guiding and supervising junior chefs or kitchen helpers (commis chefs) within their section.

Hygiene and Safety

: Ensuring high hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in the kitchen area.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
