Manage assigned kitchen section independently (Pastry, Sandwich etc.).
Maintain consistency in food preparation & presentation.
Assist Sous Chef in kitchen operations and staff supervision.
Ensure HACCP / FSSAI hygiene standards.
Control wastage and monitor portion sizes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Culinary diploma/degree preferred.
2-4 years of relevant experience as CDP/Commis I.
Passion for cooking, creativity, and teamwork.
