Indian CDP (Chef de Partie)

Job Responsibilities

Handle the

Indian cuisine section

independently Prepare and present dishes as per

standard recipes & quality norms

Ensure

taste consistency, hygiene & food safety

Manage

mis-en-place, food cost & minimal wastage

Coordinate with

Sous Chef / Head Chef

Train and supervise

commis staff

FSSAI and kitchen safety standards

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as

CDP - Indian Cuisine

Strong knowledge of

North Indian / Indian gravies & tandoor (if applicable)

Experience in

cafe, lounge & bar setup

preferred Ability to work under pressure during

peak hours
