. The role requires excellent culinary skills, consistency in execution, and the ability to manage your station independently. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining kitchen standards suitable for multi-brand, delivery-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and plate dishes as per standardized recipes and brand specifications.
Manage a specific section of the kitchen (grill, curry, salad, prep, etc.) efficiently.
Ensure
speed, consistency, and quality
in all food prepared for delivery.
Maintain proper portioning and control wastage to achieve food cost targets.
Follow kitchen hygiene and safety protocols (FSSAI / HACCP standards).
Check and ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Support in menu development and trials for new cloud kitchen brands.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff within your section.
Coordinate with dispatch and packaging teams for smooth order flow.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, preferably in a
cloud kitchen or fast-paced delivery kitchen
.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and delivery-oriented food preparation.
Ability to work independently and maintain consistency across multiple brands/cuisines.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
