Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Chef De Partie, located in Agra. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, such as vegetable preparation or grill, in a restaurant or hotel. You will also be responsible for preparing food, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and timely delivery to customers. Qualifications

  • Culinary training from a recognized institution
  • Experience in a similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
  • Experience in preparing and cooking types of North Indian cuisine, Indian Curry
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Additional qualifications or certifications related to the culinary field are a plus
