Prepare and cook Continental dishes such as pasta, steaks, grills, salads, sauces, and baked items.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Develop new recipes and menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
Monitor kitchen inventory, request supplies, and minimize food wastage.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per HACCP guidelines.
Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during busy operations.
