Must have:

Strong development experience in Python/Java
Strong experience with spark
Experience in working on Hadoop distribution (CDH/HDP/Map reduce)
Experience with hive/flume/Sqoop/kafka
Experience with ETL/data migration
Possessing in-depth knowledge of various Design Patterns (BigData),Data Processing Patterns (Batch/NRT/RT processing) & capable of providing design & architecture of typical business problems
Proven experience with DevOps best-practices and tools (Jenkins, Maven, GIT, Stash)
Experience on complete SDLC/PDLC
Exposure to Build and release management
Experience, interest and adaptability to working in an Agile delivery environment
Experience in leading a team, provide technical assistance
Ability to select the right tool for the job
Strong communication skills

Good to have:

Experience with Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of Data Lake vs Data Warehousing concept alongwith the ability to perform comparative analysis of Data Stores and knowledge/experience with creation & maintenance of the same
Knowledge on Data Privacy, Data Governance, Data Compliance & Security

Experience with building & maintaining optimal data pipelines in a reliable manner so as to deliver solutions on the fly
