What You'll Do



Respond to customer queries via

live chat, email, and occasional voice calls

-- ensuring fast, clear, and friendly support. Engage with

e-commerce business owners from over 50+ countries

, understand their workflows, and help them onboard and adopt our product smoothly. Identify and log

technical bugs, product issues, or feature requests

-- and route them accurately to internal teams. Watch user session videos to pinpoint

roadblocks in activation

, and provide actionable

UI/UX suggestions

to improve the experience. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, track recurring pain points, and support ongoing product enhancements.
