What you might be doing on a typical day: Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over a chat Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for product and services Close sales Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back Online Customer Service Champions, like you, receive: Fun, talented and witty teammates Knowledgeable, supportive and engaged leadership Family-friendly environment Career-growth and lots of learning opportunities for aspiring minds Diverse, inclusive and community-minded organization And yes all the competitive pay and benefits that'd you'd expect (and some that just might surprise you) The basic stuff you'll need: Superior customer service skills and team work Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience Exceptional written business communication skills Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills Higher secondary school certification required, college degree preferred The passion and drive to make a difference Experience in a service industry such as BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred Should have a broadband connection with minimum speed of 15 MBPS College degree required Must live in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad (assistance provided) We are family: Being bold, passionate and real.
