Job Description
: The candidates should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant. We are looking for a profile with 8 to 10 years of experience. Compilation maintenance and reconciliation of fund and investor static data Experience in Fund accounting - Mutual Funds / Hedge Funds / Fund Of Fund / Private Equity Knowledge of Funds structures and cash flows Preparation of periodic cash or other bank reconciliations for all fund entities Accounts payable distribution and investment funding processing Reconciliation and preparation of capital call details Preparation and input of general ledger journal entries Validating the NAV, GP & LPs capital commitments, and their contributions, distributions to the fund Possess a strong knowledge of fund operations, including valuation, accounting and payment procedures. Should be well versed in the MSOffice suite Strong team player, organized and possess a high attention to detail Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
