Client: One of India's largest and most advanced toy manufacturers, offering a wide range of products across categories like plastic toys, electric toys, STEM toys, silicone toys, and wooden toys. Serving over 180 distributors, 8,000+ retail stores, and leading e-commerce platforms, they are now expanding into premium baby products and exploring global markets.
Job Title - Chartered Accountant (CA)
Reporting - Director / CFO
Working days and timings - 9.15 AM - 6:45 PM
Location - Anandpar, Rajkot
Experience: - 1-3 years
Qualification - Any graduate
Salary: ₹60,000-70,000 monthly (Plus transportation, Meals & other benefits)
Role Overview:
Role Objective: To manage and control the financial, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions of the manufacturing unit, ensuring accurate costing, statutory compliance, effective cash flow management, and timely MIS reporting to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain complete books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Manage inventory accounting including RM, WIP, and FG valuation.

• Handle fixed assets accounting, capitalization, and depreciation.

Costing & MIS Reporting

• Perform product-wise and process-wise costing for manufacturing operations.

• Analyze BOM costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Support cost control, margin improvement, and pricing decisions.

Taxation & GST Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns and reconciliations.

• Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) and GST audits.

• Manage TDS/TCS compliances and Income Tax filings.

• Respond to notices and coordinate with tax authorities.

Statutory & Legal Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act / LLP Act (as applicable).

• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

• Handle ROC filings and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial and statutory regulations.

Manufacturing Finance Control

• Understand production processes and cost flow.

• Reconcile production data with financial records.

• Monitor job work accounting, if applicable.

• Support CAPEX planning and evaluation.

Banking & Financial Coordination

• Manage banking operations and reconciliations.

• Coordinate with banks for loans, limits, and documentation.

• Prepare financial data for lenders and auditors.

ERP & System Management

• Handle ERP/Tally/SAP systems for accounting and inventory.

• Ensure accuracy and integration of production and finance data.

• Improve reporting and system efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting and costing.

• In-depth understanding of GST and Income Tax laws.

• Expertise in inventory valuation and WIP accounting.

• Proficiency in ERP/Tally and MIS reporting.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred (Plastic / Toy / Engineering).

• Ability to work closely with plant operations and management.

• Capability to handle audits, compliance, and deadlines independently.

• Strong ethics, accuracy, and attention to detail.
