Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Manufacturing & Finance
Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in manufacturing operations, finance, and accounting. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end financial management, cost analysis, compliance, and support decision-making for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

2. Manufacturing Finance & Costing

• Prepare and analyze product costing, BOM costing, and variance reports.
• Monitor production costs, wastages, and budgeting for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct monthly cost audits and recommend improvements.

3. Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and support internal/external audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory inspections.

4. Budgeting & MIS Reporting

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Generate monthly MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial dashboards.
• Support management in financial decision-making.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls.
• Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and finance processes.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and physical stock verification.

Key Skills Required:

• Qualified CA (mandatory).
• Experience in the manufacturing sector (must).
• Strong knowledge of costing, finance, and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) - Certified by ICAI.
