Your Job

The Channels Recruiter is self-directed, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to Indeed’s continued growth and success. The Channels recruiter will work to build strong relationships, and be a true partner to the recruiting team. We will depend on you to drive the best candidate experience possible! You will support the active candidate pipeline including Employee Referrals, Direct Applications, and Internal Candidates from engagement through to qualification.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage the front recruitment process from application to External Recruiter handoff
• Review and pre-screen candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidate records are complete, and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
• Build strong relationships with recruiting partners to provide expert knowledge and guidance on recruitment processes, strategies, approaches, and philosophies
• Manage/measure the success of each channel, and improve the efficiency of the delivery team
• Monitor and manage 3rd party vendors
• Ensure all candidates are actioned in line with SLAs
• Demonstrable history of using data to proactively identify improvement opportunities in candidate attraction strategy; initiate and deliver solutions in channels hiring

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a high-paced environment
• Excellent initiative and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to understand multiples roles and business units
• High attention to detail with proven organizational skills
• Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
• Ability to build strong, productive relationships
• Confident in interacting and partnering with all levels of management
• Adapt and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing work environment

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

India 1,300,000 - 1,870,000 INR per year
