Channel Strategy & Engagement Manager - CropScience

POSITION PURPOSE:

Design & drive strategic roadmap for a highly productive BCS channel network by introducing channel segmentation, developing superior channel engagement program, metrics to give critical insight on operation to ensure channel profitability, bringing synergy between conventional & evolving new channels in next 3 years.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Channel segmentation to design Omnichannel road map to develop a highly productive channel network
• Influence discount & pricing strategy execution to ensure channel profitability
• Governance on channel behavior on BCS business code of conduct
• Help the channel engagement team to design and operationalize metrics for Bayer\'s performance in eyes of channel partners, especially retailers
• Ensure increase in RWDS and specifically for focus brands to support strive for one billion
• . Ensure design of top tier distributor and retailer engagement events creates an \xe2\x80\x9cOnly with Bayer\xe2\x80\x9d buzz in the market, turning channel partners into Bayer advocates
• Collaboration & Coordination with CU & Finance team

WHO YOU ARE:

• Graduate in Agriculture with Management degree/diploma
• 8 years of experience in Handling Trade
