Key Responsibilities:- Strategy & Structure: Design the overall sourcing organization structure, including teams for Channel Partner management, corporate tie-ups, and events/activations.- Incentive Programs: Develop and implement competitive incentive frameworks for Channel Partners, aligned with company sales objectives.- Key Relationship Management: Personally engage with top-tier Channel Partners and institutional partners to build strong relationships and activate business opportunities.- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a team of sourcing managers and executives to build a top-performing function.- Channel Activation: Drive CP engagement and performance through a calendar of events, training sessions, loyalty programs, and digital integrations.- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the sourcing channel's performance as a distinct business unit (tracking visits, bookings, and revenue).What We're Looking For (Ideal Profile):- Education: MBA or Graduate degree with a strong background in sales and business development.- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading the Channel Partner/Sourcing function for a reputed national or large regional real estate developer.
