About The Job
As a Channel Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for daily operational support for our partner sales managers and our third-party partners in APJ. Reports to the Director of Global channel operations. This includes daily review of deal Deal Registrations within Salesforce (SFDC), monitoring our partner alias/inbox and responding to questions from our sales team, assisting contract renewals and compliance renewals, setting up user access, and supporting existing Channel Ops team members with additional tasks. To excel in this role, you will partner across the business, working with Sales, Legal, Operations, Leadership, Compliance, and partners. We are looking for operations and enterprise tools background, proficiency in crafting business process documentation, working on system/tool workflow and projects inclusive of creating requirements and testing, and in-depth CRM knowledge (Salesforce). Previous experience in channel. You will also manage our partner portal which is hosted on Adobe Engagement Manager (AEM) and work with the creative team on badging, branding, and running the partner directory. Responsibilities:
Partner with the Sales teams to brainstorm, troubleshoot, and diagnose process flow inefficiencies and work directly with channel partners to push issues through to resolution.
Create comprehensive written process documents to manage all sales operations-related processes.
Prepare SFDC reports, excel pivot tables, data tracking, and analytics
Review and maintain data hygiene of Salesforce opportunities, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and collaboration with teams
Support the teams globally to come up with automation, better ways of thinking, and ways to offer the most optimal support
Assist with end-of-month activities with Sales and PSMs
Ad hoc sales operations tasks.
Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in Sales Operations, background in advertising sales operations or marketing
And demonstrated proficiency in advanced spreadsheet applications
Experience working with sales operations tools, including AEM and Salesforce.
Well-versed in Excel
