Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners/distributors in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize performance.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for partners and ensure consistent achievement.
Monitor partner sales performance, provide training, and develop incentive programs to drive motivation.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and partner support.
Handle escalations, pricing discussions, and negotiation with partners when required.
