Your Responsibilities:



As a Channel Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our channel growth strategy.
Build Strategic Partnerships - Develop and manage strong relationships with top system integrators in your territory.
Drive Growth - Expand opportunities with existing partners while onboarding new, high-potential system integrators.
Collaborate for Success - Work closely with project and channel teams to deliver business impact.
Expand Networks - Identify and establish distributor relationships where opportunities arise.
Own Your Territory - Take responsibility for channel development and revenue growth in your region.

Skill sets/Experience we require:



Strong background in the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry

Expertise in project-based sales and channel business management

Proven track record in channel sales or partner management

Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability

Collaborative, driven, and growth-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
