Role Summary

  • Business Mix of Commercial and Consumer Lines
  • GPW/Non Motor GPW growth
  • Maintaining Hygiene \xe2\x80\x93 Cheque Bounce & Receivables



Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
  • Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
  • Make individual agents grow Year On Year
  • Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
  • Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services
  • To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
  • Train agents on products, process and USP\xe2\x80\x99s of Co.
