Job Description

Role Objective:



Build and scale a high-performing channel ecosystem that drives predictable, repeatable revenue.

Core Responsibilities



Appoint & onboard: Dealers, System Integrators, Regional Partners, Resellers Define channel strategy (coverage, margins, incentives) Expand presence across key regions & verticals Drive partner sales, joint calls & enablement programs Conduct product training & OEM coordination Monitor partner performance, targets & pipeline Resolve channel conflicts & pricing issues Work closely with marketing for channel campaigns Ensure channel discipline (pricing, branding, payment terms)

KPIs / Performance Metrics



Number of active partners onboarded Channel-driven revenue Partner productivity & retention Regional coverage expansion

Required Skills & Experience



5-10 years in

channel sales / distribution development

Strong industry network in AV / IT / Electronics Experience working with OEMs & distributors Ability to build channels

from scratch

, not just manage existing ones

Must Have



Strategic thinking + execution ability Willingness to travel extensively Strong authority handling partners
