The candidate will be leading the overall broker channel development.

The role requires the candidate to acquire, retain & boost performance of residential brokers within key micro markets starting with Gurugram.

The candidate will play a key role in developing overall channel strategy with the founders.

The candidate should be ok travelling overseas whenever required.

Proven experience of working within residential real estate for at least 2 years.

Specializes in creating & communicating with broker network

Specializes in building business from scratch that involves lead generation, hiring, creating systems & designing incentive structures

An Entrepreneurial mindset

Have a burning desire of creating wealth in long term
