The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the agriculture sector and a proven track record of fostering strategic partnerships that result in mutual growth and success. Responsibilities: 1. Agriculture Partner Identification:

  • Identify potential brand partners within the agriculture industry that complement our products and services.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and stakeholders for partnership opportunities.
2. Collaboration Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a strategic collaboration plan tailored to the agriculture sector, including targeted brand partners, engagement strategies, and campaign objectives.
  • Create compelling proposals that showcase the value of collaborating with our brand.
3. Relationship Building:
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within potential partner organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agriculture industry partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the collaboration.
4. Negotiation and Contracting:
  • Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and agreements for brand collaborations.
  • Draft and finalize partnership contracts, clearly outlining deliverables, expectations, and timelines.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure the seamless execution of collaboration campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including promotional materials, events, and joint marketing efforts.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of collaboration campaigns against predetermined KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
7. Industry Insights and Trends:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the agriculture industry.
  • Use industry insights to inform partnership strategies and create relevant and impactful campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful channel sales and brand collaboration initiatives within the agriculture industry.
  • Strong understanding of the agriculture sector, its stakeholders, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership concepts.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multifaceted campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and communication tools.
  • Established network within the agriculture industry is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team.
