Compensation : As per Industry standards Incentive : Monthly incentives Profile Description: Graduate/Post graduate 3-6 years of Sales experience in managing partners/distributors/franchisee network of financial products from financial services industry, preferably Mutual Funds (AMC), Banks, Stockbroking/Securities, General Insurance industry. Roles and Responsibilities: To prospect, acquire and drive business through partners/Channel Partners. Identify customer needs, assessing risk appetite and provide them with investment options. Achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of channel partners/ clients/volumes of business & assets. Research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into client portfolios Contact clients periodically for assessing satisfaction with the service provided and returns generated. Review their investment needs to determine whether market changes, life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need for portfolio reassessment. Provide various investment performance reports and summaries to the clients

  • To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities
Prepare MIS reports in the specified format. Desired Skills and Experience: Have a strong understanding of BFSI sector with minimum 2 years of work experience in Direct selling.
  • Should have good communication & presentation skills. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
  • Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills. Candidates who are individual & significant contributors and have experience in managing Channel Partners/Distributors with at least one of the following should only apply: - Direct Sales, Financial Advisory, Portfolio Management Investment Advisory, and Wealth Management with product experience in Mutual Fund, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, SIP, Fixed Income, Life Insurance, General Insurance, PMS.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 990,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
