We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Executive to manage and expand our channel partner network. The role involves developing relationships with distributors, dealers, and resellers to achieve sales targets and grow market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/distributors
Generate revenue through channel sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Develop strong relationships with channel partners to increase sales volume
Provide product training and support to partners
Track and analyze sales performance of channel partners
Execute promotional strategies and ensure branding consistency
Handle partner queries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction
Regularly visit channel partners and market to assess performance
Maintain records of partner activity, sales, and inventory
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
1-5 years of experience in channel or distribution sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good knowledge of the local market and distribution network
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
