Role Overview :We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Partner Sales Executive to strengthen our sales network through channel partner management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, handling channel partners, HNI clients, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities :- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.- Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners to expand the sales network.- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, to closure.- Effectively manage HNI clients by providing personalized solutions and ensuring long-term business engagement.- Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution of bookings, documentation, and customer handovers.- Track, analyze, and evaluate channel partner performance, addressing challenges proactively.- Conduct regular meetings, events, and engagement programs to keep partners motivated and aligned with business goals.- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.Key Requirements :- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales, with strong exposure to channel partner management.- Excellent understanding of real estate sales processes, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics.- Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and HNI clients in Kolkata and surrounding regions.- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.What We Offer :- Opportunity to work with a leading real estate brand.- Attractive salary + performance-based incentives.- Exposure to prestigious projects and premium clients.- Professional growth in a fast-paced, competitive real estate market.
