A financial services company is looking to hire Channel manager-Retail Loans for their officer in Mumbai and Kochi. Job Title: Channel Manager Location: Mumbai and Kochi Package offered: up to 70k CTC per month Channel Manager will be responsible for leading a team of DSA\'s who sell Digital Loan products(Secured Loan) to customers on behalf of the organizations. Primary objective of channel Manager is to meet sales targets, maintain customer relationships and ensure the smooth functioning of the DSA team.

• Should have experience dealing with IFA\'s(Candidates working with AMC\'s will have experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Recruit individuals & corporate DSAs.
• Manage a team of DSA\'s and provide guidance, training and support
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Plan and conduct meetings for new DSA recruitment
• Monitor and Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Coordinate with market and product development departments, to ensure alignment of sales effort with overall business goals

Requirements:

• Graduate(Any discipline)
• 4-10 years proven experience in sales management , preferably in financial services industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of financial products and services
• Familiarity with Online platforms and Tools.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9650,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9850,000.00 per year Benefits:
