Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and training programs.
Manage office administration including facilities, procurement, vendor coordination, and asset management.
Arrange domestic and international travel, meetings, and handle official correspondence.
Implement and ensure adherence to office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Act as a coordination point between employees, management, and external service providers.
