JD:

ITIL V4 Foundation certified Service Management professional with over 2.10 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management and Vendor & Client Relationship Management.

? Have an impressive track record in managing problems and changes for mission critical services, where the role demands leadership, ownership and a close liaison and interaction with customers and internal support teams, often on a cross functional matrix basis to ensure best results are achieved.

? Exposure & experience in ITIL process operations (ITIL processes of Service Operations, Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) using tools like BMC Remedy, Service Now

? Demonstrated excellence in ensuring Client/ Customer satisfaction & coordination with an objective to maintain fruitful relationships and attain organizational/business goals and objectives.

? Ability to make strategic and tactical decisions and handle situations effectively along with speedier and timely restoration of service. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all levels in an organization and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

The candidate should work on incident Management, Service Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management

? Review and analyze existing process effectiveness and efficiency guidelines and develop strategies for improvement. Analyze infrastructure processes and standards with respect to ITIL best practices

? Collating and report against defined customer SLAs and OLAs

? Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) - Reviewing all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives, refers back any that have been backed out or have failed

? Listing all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration
