Work Experience: 7+ years in Organization Change Management with focus on Change Management/ Transformation Management applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs Experience in leading projects with project management expertise and experience is an added advantage Leadership skills, C-Level communication, Conflict management, Stakeholder management, Change management, Project management, Team management, AGILE ways of working C. Certifications: Change management certification (Prefer PROSCI, APMG certified professionals) - Preferred D. Other Requirements: \xef\x82\xa7 MS Office Suite/ Teams \xef\x82\xa7 Comprehensive understanding of Digital Transformation, BI Transformation programs (Automation and Data analytics) with their process and organizational implications \xef\x82\xa7 Experience in leading / delivering large scale complex change initiatives in a senior capacity
