Change Management Transition Manager Big4 (4 6 Yrs)
Job Description
BNC is hiring for Big4 for the position of Change Management Transition Manager on Contract to Hire basis for Hyderabad location
Role & responsibilities
1. Communicating relevant project information
a. Work with the Transition tower and change team to support implementation of change activities and communications with multiple stakeholders
b. Evaluate the impact of change across all other constraints in a project (scope, schedule, cost, etc.) identify options to manage the change and communicate it post approval
c. Work closely with the Change team to coordinate the activities planned for a specific function and Hub
d. Supporting and ensuring new process and procedure adoption
2. Reporting
Provide input to the Transition Tower for Status and progress reporting tasks, risk, issues, scope changes, benefits and quality concerns
Maintaining a lessons learned log
Preferred candidate profile
1. MBA / B.Tech with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
2. PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
3. Experience in change management, change cycle, change implementation, release management and incident management
4. Immediate joiners preferred
