Strategy - Manager / Sr. Manager

The Ideal Candidate :

- Associate or Manager working in a big4 management consulting preferable grounds up exposure to financial services sector, corporate finance, investment banking or private equity firm looking to move to a very promising fintech startup to gain operational experience and help build India's largest consumer fintech company

- You are a top-notch problem solver with boundless curiosity and intellectual stamina

- You love to take projects outside your comfort zone, take initiative and have the sheer hustle to get things done

- You have a high degree of ownership and lead by example to get the best results

- You have strong interpersonal skills and bring out the best in your team members

- You should have the desire to move to New Delhi, India, if you are not already there.

The successful candidate will work directly with the senior leadership team and will be responsible for :

- Drive three major pillars: Strategy development, Investor relations and Business Planning

- Build AOP and business plans along with key initiatives and enablers which will help with delivery as per the plan

- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of KRAs for critical projects

- Cultivate a relationship with existing and new global investors to walk through the business, strategy, financials, and spearhead all the discussions

- Work with finance and data teams to develop marketing material for potential investors

- Evaluate and execute opportunities for inorganic growth including M&A and strategic partnerships

- Create and monitor KPIs / reports/ presentations to identify gaps, trends, opportunities for the business

- Create market maps and track global innovation

- Represent the firm in industry conferences in India and overseas

Eligibility Criteria :

- Chartered Accountant or undergraduate from a top-tier institute.

- 4-6 years of work experience from a top-tier firm, investment banking, private equity or consulting

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data

- You have a curiosity towards and some understanding of financial services.
