Job Description

The CFO will own end-to-end responsibility for finance, accounts, treasury, compliance, and investor relations, ensuring robust financial governance and supporting aggressive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic vision and operational depth in a manufacturing setup with heavy capex and working capital cycles.

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and budgeting, including annual operating plans and long-term business projections.
  • Ensure accurate accounting, cost control, and timely reporting as per Ind-AS standards; deliver clean audits and MIS dashboards.
  • Manage treasury, banking relationships, and working capital optimization, including financing structures for capex.
  • Oversee imports, forex exposure, and trade finance compliance; ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory norms.
  • Act as the primary finance interface for investors and lenders, preparing board packs, investor presentations, and supporting fundraising/M&A.
  • Drive ERP implementation, internal controls, and digital finance discipline; mentor and build a strong finance team across plants and corporate.

  • CA (mandatory); CMA/MBA Finance preferred.
  • 12-20 years of experience with at least 5+ years as Head of Finance or #2 to CFO in manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong expertise in plant finance, costing, working capital, banking, imports, and trade finance.
  • Exposure to promoter + investor environments and comfort with ERP/MIS systems.
  • Hands-on, high-integrity leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
