Our business today: We are present in 11 countries today and will be in 15 countries by the end of 2023. Every month, around half a million cars are listed for sale on OLX Autos platforms by consumers and dealers and our investment plans will deliver a 5X growth with an ambition to build a $10B revenue business over the next 4 years.

About the role
You will be leading the India and PDT Finance teams and partner with the OLX Autos India and Product & Tech leadership, OLX Autos India finance team, OLX Global Finance, and Global stakeholders in driving and influencing business performance. You will be a key leader of the OLX Autos team focusing on crafting a strong culture of growth.

What you will be doing Strategy
Shape India business vision and strategy working closely with India GM, India Finance team & OLX Autos Leadership team.
Build the strategic and financial plan to position OLX Autos as a top player with a sustainable and profitable business in 2-3 years ($1B+ revenue and profitable).
Lead M&A initiatives working India and Autos leadership and strategy teams. Responsible for formulating investment recommendations, financial modeling, and due diligence and participating in deal negotiations.
Key thought partner with India CEO, Autos CPO, and Autos CTO on executing the India vision and linking tech investment with business outcomes


Financial Planning & Forecasting
Manage and drive the budgeting/planning/forecasting process.
Drive monthly and quarterly business performance reviews with Autos India leadership and PDT leadership teams recommend areas of action.
Drive operational efficiencies in the business through target setting and benchmarking analyses and work with product and sales ops to drive those efficiencies.

Operational
Own India business targets with the GM and India leadership team and ensure the short and long term business and financial targets are met Lead financial support for product and tech initiatives and drive clear linkage between tech investment and business outcomes Drive monthly business reporting/results, understanding of business drivers, and driving key insights for the business leadership Coordinate all financial planning, analytics, and reporting processes – financial planning, internal management reporting and external reporting Liaison to the OLX Group global finance and Naspers on reporting and analyses Build a scalable finance infrastructure in India to support business needs.
Detailed orientation that allows you to manage a business that is operationally heavy.

What we are looking for
Understanding or knowledge of how new age internet businesses work and the unique nature of cash flow so as to identify early the levers of growth / alarm signals.
Demonstrated abilities in partnering with the CEO and the business leaders in identifying and driving growth, as well as built strong controllership environment Entrepreneurial at heart and loves to take ownership.
Excellent analytical skills, motivated and ambitious leader High learnability and curiosity with strong interests in the internet/ e-commerce industry.
Understanding the know how of working in global distributed corporate environment / matrix structures.
Strategically savvy leader who can challenge and influence senior leadership with demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and drive business results.

Qualification:
A strong leader with demonstrated experience in Heading Finance function for 3-5 years in a corporate preferably from Digital economy/E-commerce/Consumer industries.
