Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial insights to drive strategy, expansion, pricing, and cost optimization. Evaluate capex proposals and ensure working capital efficiency. Ensure compliance with DoF regulations on fertilizer subsidies and pricing. Oversee costing, regulatory audits, MIS, and plant performance monitoring. Manage statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting. Lead and mentor finance teams across locations, building expertise in fertilizer-specific processes.Desired Attributes:
CA/CMA/MBA in Finance with 10-15 years exposure in Fertilizer or Chemical manufacturing finance. Strong knowledge of DoF subsidy guidelines, IFMS/mFMS, costing, and plant finance. * Proven leadership in audits, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
